About

I am a wife, a mother, an adventurer and a businesswoman.

I am a student of life, love and everything in between.

I have a formal education but its my life lessons that have made me who I am today.

I have been with my husband for more than half my life & he is still my lover and my best friend.

I struggled with infertility for years but now have 3 beautiful children.

I’ve been running my own business since the age of 23 and thankfully, it is still a thriving business. I have opened and closed other businesses in that time too.

I have broken my back and recovered. I know what it is like to live with chronic pain. But the pain of a broken back had nothing on the pain I caused myself growing up and believing that I was not enough.

I have summited Mount Kilimanjaro but believe that raising our 3 kids is an even greater achievement.

I survived a home invasion by 5 armed men. And found the blessing in it. I have also survived countless kiddies birthday parties and the blessing is that we don’t have to attend any more.

I spent the night on the rim of an active volcano and was humbled by its magnificence. I have seen that same beauty in the eyes of my children.

I have walked the Camino de Santiago from Portugal to Spain & trekked with Gorillas in the jungles of the DRC.

I have meditated in Machu Pichu and climbed the Ausangate mountain in Peru.

I have tangoed in Buenos Aires and sang “You’ll Never Walk Alone” in the Kop at Anfield.

I have gambled in Monte Carlo and been brought to tears by the choir at St Paul’s cathedral.

I have traveled the world and traveled even more within.

I have read countless books and written none.

I am a sister, a daughter, a wife, a mother and a friend.

I am a co-published author & have appeared in magazines and on television.

I have succeeded, failed and quit more times than I care to remember.

I am a student and a teacher.

I have always wanted to be a teacher.

I am a seeker. I teach what I most need to learn.

Apparently you have mastered life when you can “Know thyself. Be thyself. Love thyself.”

I’m still learning to do all three.
